How real is ADHD?

There is so much research and a mountain of evidence to proof that ADHD can be a profound challenge for children and adults, especially in this disrupted world of education. No question.
However - Einstein would have beed labeled with severe ADHD. However, this diagnosis was not available during his lifetime.
Ready to look at ADHD from a different perspective? The 'HD' stands for 'hyperactivity disorder'. Could it be understood as a strong cry for physical movement to offset the damages of a sedentary lifestyle? We 'prescribe' our clients physical movement to minimize fidgeting and superficial distractions - IT WORKS!
The 'AD' stands for 'attention deficit'. Let's look closer: If a highly intelligent person at any age is forced to look at boring and repetitive content without any meaningful challenge involved, are we really surprised that the privilege of paying attention for hours is not available? They HAVE to distract themselves in their desire for meaningful content to stay mentally healthy... Smart people need 'real steaks' not baby food to thrive. IT WORKS!
Symptoms of ADHD can look scary at times and can cloud authentic healthy behavior for years or even decades. How ready are you to look deeper and address the roots? In most situations behavior replacement from a fresh perspective is a life-changing experience for everyone.
This is our specialty.
