There was only ONE wish that Tim* (not his real name) had for
Christmas 2018: A professional set of cooking pans. First, his parents didn't
believe him; it was simply way too much 'out of the box' for them. But then
they agreed to support him and Tim* prepared a delicious lasagna for the family
on Christmas day.
For his 10th birthday last week he got a professional pasta machine to create
different kinds of Italian pasta from scratch. You see, he aims for top quality
without compromising! He had a bright smile in his face when he delivered
spaghetti primavera al dente the very next day!
Inspired by cooking shows on TV, he taught himself to create these and many
more meals and his parents were smart enough to support him without questions.
Tim* is very bright and sensitive and complained about being bored out of his
mind at school as well as feeling annoyed about many other kids in his class. I
encouraged him and his parents to think about things outside of school he loves
to do and might be good at.
We identified tennis, cello and cooking as passions he never had considered
before. Sure enough, in all 3 areas he showed deep interest, rapid learning and
remarkable success within a few short weeks.
His confidence took a quantum leap and many new friends adore him now for his
creative ideas.
Of course he started dreaming about a career as an international chef and feels
ready to learn French very soon.
Genius can be magnetic, miraculous, deeply satisfying and highly energizing -
every day!
