Playful Movement to add Joy to Your Day

"Last year I found out that my 5-year old is extremely gifted. He taught himself to read and loves to play chess with his Dad. However, he is not very interested in simply being a child and playing. Honestly, I am not very interested either. My parents did not let me play and always focused on learning and accomplishments."

Sheila* explained her insight in greater detail and realized that there might be something like a traumatic experience going on in the back of her mind. She was very open to learn how to use the power of play to nurture creativity, intuition and imagination.

Playful, physical movements can help keep that power of play alive every day.
