Your 10 Second Workout

I can't workout in 10 seconds, can I?
"I know how my body benefits from movement and workout, but I am simply too busy, especially now!"
Put aside your image of the gym or dumbbells and work out safely for 10 seconds at a time while you are driving in slow traffic or waiting in your car.
Here is how:
- Picture a wall clock and hold your steering wheel firmly at 9 and 3: Squeeze it for 10 s.
- Now hold it at 2 and 8 and do the same for 10 seconds.
- Sit up straight and use the full strength of your back muscles for 10 seconds.
- Hold your steering wheel at 12 and 6 and press for 10 seconds
- Slowly move your head up and down for 10 seconds and feel how sensitive your neck is.
